Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee for all orders placed on RavenscroftCrystal.com. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, we offer free returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of receipt. To process your return, contact us at email@shopravenscroft.com and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you with your return. At this time, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges for orders placed outside the continental U.S.

In order to return your item, you must retain all original packaging. Items that are returned without original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please package your return carefully; we are not responsible for items that are broken during return shipping.

NOTE: Our return policy applies only to orders placed on RavenscroftCrystal.com. For all third-party orders, you must go through the original seller to find out their return policy. Your order will be subjected to the return policy of that company. We are not responsible for orders place through third-party sellers, nor do we have your order information on file. This includes, but is not limited to, orders placed at Amazon.com, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Wayfair.com, retail stores, wine shops, engraving and personalization companies, and any and all third-party online and in-store sellers. We reserve the right to change or alter this return policy at any time.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Any products with a manufacturer's defect will be replaced within 60 days of purchase at no charge. In order to receive a replacement, the original item must be returned to Ravenscroft Crystal. Upon receipt, Ravenscroft Crystal will inspect the product for defects. Any items that are found to have a defect will be replaced. Examples of a defect may include large bubbles or loose stoppers; please read our Policy on Handmade Goods below for more details. In order to redeem your warranty, please send the following information to email@shopravenscroft.com: name, e-mail address, delivery address, item name and quantity to be returned, and a copy of the order receipt. If your order was placed within 60 days, you will receive a prepaid UPS return shipping label. Please note that customized products (i.e., items that have been engraved or personalized) are not eligible for the manufacturer's warranty.

Policy on Handmade Goods

Many Ravenscroft items are handmade by skilled glassblowers. As with any handmade item, there are occasionally slight variations between products, such as small bubbles. These minor imperfections are generally not considered flaws, but rather are the unique signature of hand-cut glass. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy above.

A note about decanter stoppers: Our decanter stoppers are made by being hand-ground into the neck of each decanter during the manufacturing process. This means that each stopper is unique, made individually fit each decanter. Therefore, if your stopper breaks, we are unable to replace just the stopper, as there is no other stopper that will fit your handmade decanter. Please also note that our stoppers are made of crystal and are not made to be air-tight. Your stopper should be a perfect fit for your decanter. If you find your decanter stopper does not fit snugly into your decanter and shakes excessively, please contact our customer service team at email@shopravenscroft.com to assist you.

Breakage

At Ravenscroft, we strive to make your buying experience with us as easy as possible. We have worked to perfect our packaging and make our items as secure as possible using ground shipping guidelines. However, no matter how securely items are packaged, glass can occasionally break in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within seven (7) business days of receipt of your order. Claims of a later date will not be honored. A replacement for the broken item(s) will be issued.
